Grand Emporium borrows that idea for the modular range, adding a commercial landmark to a street otherwise made up of cafés, homes and smaller shops. Placed in the middle of a row, it gives the whole scene a sense of bustle. Because it connects to other modular buildings, it slots easily into an existing layout and can be moved around whenever you expand your town.
