Terms of use

1.Scope and provider

(1) These terms apply to the website bricoria.app and the Bricoria apps for iOS and Android (together “Bricoria”). Bricoria is provided by Thomas Harnisch, Königskinderweg 74f, 22457 Hamburg, Germany, email: [email protected].

(2) By using Bricoria you agree to these terms. If you create an account, you confirm this separately.

2.What Bricoria offers

(1) Bricoria helps you look up sets and parts, manage your collection, find models you can build and turn photos into brick mosaics.

(2) The basic functions are free and work without an account. We may add, change or remove functions if this is reasonable for you.

3.Account

Applies once accounts and Pro are introduced Accounts and Bricoria Pro do not exist yet. This section only applies once these features are introduced.

(1) An account is optional. You must be at least 16 years old to create one. Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us if you suspect misuse.

(2) You can delete your account at any time in your account settings. After 14 days the deletion is final.

4.Bricoria Pro

Applies once accounts and Pro are introduced Accounts and Bricoria Pro do not exist yet. This section only applies once these features are introduced.

(1) Bricoria Pro is a paid subscription that you take out in the app through the App Store or Google Play. The store’s terms apply to payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds.

(2) With a Bricoria account, Pro also applies on the website. You cancel in the subscription settings of your store. Pro remains active until the end of the paid period.

5.Your content

(1) Photos you use for mosaics are processed on your device and never uploaded to our servers. Mosaics, lists and notes you create belong to you.

(2) We only store what is needed to provide Bricoria, for example brick patterns and your collection, and only while you have an account.

6.Fair use

(1) Please do not use Bricoria to break the law, to overload our systems or to collect data automatically on a large scale.

(2) We may temporarily restrict access if there are clear signs of misuse. We will tell you why.

7.Catalogue data and third parties

(1) Set and part data comes from Rebrickable. We check it regularly but cannot guarantee it is complete or correct.

(2) Shop links marked as affiliate links earn us a commission. Advertising is marked as “Advertisement”.

8.Trademarks

(1) LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorise or endorse Bricoria. Bricoria is an independent service. All other brand names belong to their owners.

9.Liability

(1) We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of essential obligations and limited to foreseeable damage.

(2) Statutory rights of consumers remain unaffected.

10.Changes to these terms

(1) We may update these terms if there is a valid reason, for example new functions or legal changes. We will inform you about important changes in good time. Earlier versions remain available on this page.

11.Final provisions

(1) German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.

(2) If a provision is invalid, the rest of these terms remain valid.
