Description

Soldiers of the Republic

Clone troopers first appear in Attack of the Clones, grown on Kamino and ready just in time for the Battle of Geonosis. By Revenge of the Sith the same soldiers carry out Order 66 and turn on the Jedi. In between, The Clone Wars spends season after season giving individual clones names, personalities and loyalties of their own. A command station suits them well, because it shows the army planning as well as fighting, a side of the war that larger vehicle sets often leave out entirely. It also gives the troopers a base to return to between battles on the play table.

Minifigures first

With three minifigures and only 66 pieces, this set leans heavily towards its figures.
