Why the trench run matters

At the end of A New Hope, the Rebel Alliance has one chance to destroy the Empire's battle station: a precise shot into a small exhaust port at the end of a narrow trench. Pilot after pilot is lost before Luke Skywalker, trusting the Force, makes the shot. The sequence ends the film and has been referenced countless times since. A set named after it is less about a single ship and more about recreating that tense final approach at home.

A quick, approachable build

With 132 pieces, this is one of the smaller models in the range, and it can be finished in one short session.
