A forest palette

Reddish brown, dark tan, green and black are not the colours most people associate with Star Wars, and that is exactly what makes this set stand out. The browns cover tree trunks and branches, dark tan the forest floor, green the foliage and black the finer details. If you build landscapes, these are the tones you will need again and again for woods, clearings and camps, and the parts list on this page shows how the 193 pieces are divided between them.

The ground battle of Return of the Jedi

While the Rebel fleet fights above, a small strike team lands on Endor to destroy the shield generator protecting the second Death Star. In the forest they clash with Imperial troops and find unexpected allies in the Ewoks. The fight among the giant trees is more down-to-earth than the space battle but just as decisive for the outcome of the film. With two minifigures, this set focuses on a small skirmish in that setting, ready for play.
