Description
24 doors leading up to Christmas
Like every LEGO advent calendar, this Star Wars set is split into 24 individual doors, each hiding a small model or minifigure behind it. With 320 pieces in total and eight minifigures, the 2023 calendar offers a typical mix for the range: compact vehicles, small scenes and characters from the Star Wars universe spread across the whole of December rather than built all at once. Collectors who follow the calendar year on year can also compare which vehicles or characters are new compared with previous editions.
Eight minifigures across many doors
With eight minifigures included, this calendar offers considerably more characters than a single regular set of similar size, spread across different doors instead of arriving all at once. That makes the calendar worth having beyond the festive season too, for example to grow a Star Wars minifigure collection. With 152 unique parts across just 320 pieces, the part variety is very high, matching the many small, distinct mini-builds hidden behind each door. For children, part of the appeal is that a new surprise waits each day rather than everything being unwrapped at once.
A Star Wars colour palette
Dark and light bluish grey, together with black and a reddish brown, make up the calendar's colours, evoking spaceships, droids and the generally technical, earthy tones found across much of the Star Wars range. That palette likely carries through several of the small models behind the doors, giving the calendar a consistent look even though each door reveals its own standalone build.
Looking up parts across all 24 doors
This page lists all 152 parts in the calendar with their colour and quantity, which is useful once every door has been opened and a piece goes missing, or if you're after specific parts for a small custom Star Wars build. With so many distinct mini-models packed into one calendar, checking the full list is often the fastest way to track down a particular piece.
