Spring Wreath (40957-1) from 2026 leads with 747 pieces, almost twice as many as Decorative Easter Egg (40816-1), the 2025 set in second place with 386. Decorative Easter Egg shows the newer style well: a single large egg made to be put on show rather than played with. Spring Wreath is also a departure in subject, swapping the usual animals for a seasonal door or wall decoration.

The usual cast of characters

Rabbits and chicks appear again and again. Easter Bunny (40463-1) from 2021 has 293 pieces, while 2022 brought both Easter Chicks (40527-1, 318 pieces) and Easter Rabbits Display (40523-1, 288 pieces). Easter Basket (40587-1) from 2023 comes in at 368 pieces. Among the newer sets, Easter Decorations (40890-1) from 2026 has 312 pieces and Spring Garden House (40682-1) from 2024 has 277, the latter moving the focus from animals to a small seasonal building.

Building for the season

Most Easter sets are small enough to finish in one sitting, which makes them popular as gifts and as first sets for younger builders. Put out a few each spring and over the years they add up to a small table display of animals, eggs and the garden house.
