What is officially confirmed
On 23 September 2026 LEGO posted a short teaser on its Instagram channel: the seven Dragon Balls light up next to the LEGO and the Dragon Ball logos. That makes the collaboration official.
The teaser carries the tag "Adults Welcome" – the label LEGO uses for sets aimed at adult builders: large display models rather than play sets.
That is all LEGO has revealed so far: no set names, no set numbers, no prices, no release date.
What is only rumoured so far
Since the announcement, several claims have been going round fan forums and news sites. LEGO has confirmed none of them:
- A large Shenron dragon as the first set, numbered 11390, with a Goku minifigure and his cloud.
- A release on 1 November 2026 for that first set.
- A bigger wave from April 2027 with scenes from Dragon Ball Z – Vegeta, Frieza and the Ginyu Force are mentioned.
Rumours like these often come from retailer lists or early catalogues. Some turn out right, others change before launch – set numbers and dates in particular.
How to tell real news
It becomes reliable once LEGO officially presents a set: with a picture, set number, piece count and price on the LEGO website. Shortly afterwards the sets show up in the catalogue data Bricoria uses too – including the parts list.
