A slow, armoured workhorse

The AT-TE carries clone troopers into battle in Attack of the Clones, marching across Geonosis during the opening clash of the Clone Wars. It returns again and again in The Clone Wars animated series, usually crawling forward under heavy fire. Its low body, six legs and forward cannon give it a silhouette that stays recognisable even at a much smaller scale, which is exactly what a compact model like this one depends on. Few vehicles say Clone Wars quite as clearly.
