Description

A monster truck, Technic style

Rather than smooth body panels, the set uses LEGO® Technic's typical open construction, with a visible frame, axles and suspension on show. The oversized wheels and tall-built body are characteristic of Megalodon-class monster trucks, known in real life for spectacular jumps and rollover stunts. Working suspension on all four wheels lets the finished model handle uneven surfaces rather than just rolling on flat ground. The visible drivetrain elements around the chassis further reinforce the model's authentic Technic character.

Coloured like a predator

The black, medium blue, blue and red colour scheme reflects the shark-inspired look that gives the truck its name, after the prehistoric giant shark Megalodon. In total, 62 unique parts are used, a relatively compact count for a Technic set of this size, focused mainly on functional elements such as axles and suspension pieces.
