Description

Built for mechanics, not minifigures

Unlike most LEGO® sets, this Technic model skips minifigures entirely and puts its 3,893 pieces toward replicating a real car's proportions and moving parts. The build reads more like assembling interlocking sub-units, a gearbox here, a steering system there, than following a scene-based instruction booklet, which is standard for Technic sets at this scale. The result is a model that behaves more like a mechanism than a display piece, even before the last panel goes on.

The real McLaren P1

The McLaren P1 is a British hybrid hypercar pairing a combustion engine with an electric motor, known for its aerodynamic bodywork and extreme performance.
