Description

Set in a place, not a ship

Most Star Wars sets of the period focus on vehicles. This one is built around a location instead, a stretch of Mustafar where two characters meet with lightsabers drawn. In the film, the duel marks the point where Anakin's fall is complete and the story of the prequels turns into the story of Darth Vader. As a set, it rewards people who like acting out scenes rather than flying starships around the room, and it gives the finale of Episode III a physical form.

Numbers behind the scene

At 280 pieces this is a quick build, yet it uses 77 different part designs, so the steps rarely feel repetitive. The two minifigures are all the cast the scene needs.
