Description

A transport built for the Clone Wars

On screen, the Gunship carries clone troopers straight into combat, and it's instantly recognisable for its twin side doors, from which troopers can fire during flight, and its folding wings mounted with the main cannons. This LEGO set is an update of an earlier Gunship model from the early 2000s, rebuilding those same features with newer building techniques, particularly around the cockpit shape and engine detailing, while staying close to how the ship appears on screen.

Play features in the build

At 1,176 pieces, the model reproduces the original's moving parts: the side doors open, the cockpit hinges up for access to the pilot minifigures, and the front cannons rotate on their mount.
