Description

The hero of the original trilogy

Luke's journey runs from the moisture farm on Tatooine in A New Hope, through his training with Yoda in The Empire Strikes Back, to the confrontation with Darth Vader and the Emperor in Return of the Jedi. For many fans he is the face of classic Star Wars, which explains why he was chosen for a figure of his own. He pairs naturally with other characters from the same films, especially if you want to recreate a face-off with his father.

Built around ball joints

Instead of a hull or cockpit, you build limbs, a torso and a head, then click them together using ball joints. The result is a figure that can bend, turn and hold a pose. With 38 unique elements among 83 pieces, there is a healthy mix of shapes, many of them connectors and armour-like panels that rarely appear in regular sets. The mirrored arms and legs mean some repetition, but the whole build is brief and approachable.

Metallic without the shine
