The pod nobody bothered to shoot

As a Star Destroyer captures Princess Leia's ship, R2-D2 and C-3PO slip away in an escape pod with the Death Star plans. The Imperial gunners hold fire because no life forms are detected aboard, a small decision that sets the entire saga in motion. The pod then crash-lands in the deserts of Tatooine.
