A ship with a strong personality

Orson Krennic oversees the construction of the first Death Star in Rogue One and constantly fights for recognition within the Imperial hierarchy. His shuttle reflects that ambition. It is black, angular and much sleeker than the familiar Lambda-class shuttle from Return of the Jedi, with tall wings that give it a looming presence when it lands. It was one of the most memorable new designs introduced by the film and appears at several of its key locations.

Dark tones in the parts list

Black leads the colour list, followed by dark bluish grey, trans-red and light bluish grey. That makes this one of the darker small Star Wars sets, a clear contrast to the pale grey of many Imperial craft. For builders, a stock of black pieces is always welcome, since dark ships, vehicles and details quickly use them up.
