Description

Snow, trees and night

White, reddish brown, dark bluish grey and black set the mood before a single figure is placed. The white stands for snow, the reddish brown for tree trunks, the grey for rock and the black for the darkness of the forest at night. It is a palette you rarely see in the Star Wars theme, which gives the set a distinctive, almost wintry calm. For your own builds, the white and reddish brown parts are especially useful for forests and snowy terrain.

The fight that changes Rey

Starkiller Base is a planet converted by the First Order into a superweapon. After a devastating confrontation inside the base, Kylo Ren pursues Rey and Finn into the forest outside. Finn fights first with Luke's old lightsaber and is badly wounded; Rey then takes up the blade and discovers what she is capable of. The duel is a turning point for her character and one of the most memorable scenes of the sequel trilogy, which is why it works so well as a set.

A diorama in miniature

Rather than a vehicle, this set gives you a small piece of scenery with two minifigures, which makes it closer to a diorama than a playset. With 191 pieces and 75 unique elements, the build is short but varied. It displays well on a shelf or desk and can be extended with extra trees or snow if you want a larger scene. For play, it offers a clear setting for a lightsaber duel that younger fans will recognise instantly.

Reusing the scenery

Forest and snow parts are always in demand for landscapes, so this set is a good addition to any parts collection. If you are ready to build something else, the What can I build? feature on this page matches your parts with other sets and shows which ones you could complete, along with the elements still missing. When checking a used copy, the parts list helps you confirm that nothing has gone astray.
