Speed above all

The A-wing trades armour for pure speed, which makes it the Rebellion's go-to interceptor. In Return of the Jedi, A-wings dart among the capital ships during the Battle of Endor, and one of them, badly damaged, crashes into the bridge of a Super Star Destroyer and brings the giant vessel down. The fighter also plays a prominent role in Rebels. Its wedge shape, twin side engines and red and white paint make it easy to pick out.

Two minifigures, more to play

Including two minifigures gives the set more play value than a single-pilot fighter. One figure takes the controls while the other can stay on the ground, and a small story unfolds almost by itself.
