Description

A classic in miniature form

The Y-wing has been one of the most recognisable Rebel, and later Resistance, fighters since the earliest Star Wars films and reappears throughout the sequel trilogy too. The Microfighter range strips such vehicles down to their key identifying features: the distinctive twin hull with angled rear engines and the open cockpit. Despite the minimal piece count, the shape reads clearly as a Y-wing at a glance, offering an easy entry point especially for younger Star Wars fans. Paired with other Microfighter sets, it forms the start of a miniature fleet without any one model taking up much shelf space or build time.

Compact build, clear shapes
