Dropship of the Clone Wars

On screen, the gunship is the workhorse that ferries clone troopers and Jedi into battle, first seen in Attack of the Clones and later all over The Clone Wars animated series. This version appeared in 2008, the year the series started, and it leans into that role: a wide troop bay, a forward cockpit and the familiar wings with weapon mounts. With seven minifigures on board, the model is clearly meant for play, so staging a landing on the living room carpet feels natural rather than forced.
