An unlikely Jedi ship

Jedi usually travel in sleek starfighters, which is what makes the Twilight stand out. It is a patched-up cargo hauler that Anakin takes on a mission to recover Jabba the Hutt's kidnapped son, and it suits his reputation as a pilot who can make anything fly. The model follows that idea closely: irregular, asymmetric and full of bolted-on detail. Next to the clean lines of Republic gunships and fighters, it looks deliberately rough, which is exactly the point.

Where the variety comes from

The standout number here is 203 unique parts across 887 pieces. That is a high ratio, and it translates into a build with very little repetition: most steps introduce something new, whether a hinge, a bracket or an odd-shaped slope.
