Description

A mid-sized set of its era

At 398 pieces, the Power Truck sat comfortably in the middle of the Expert Builder range: substantial enough to take a while to build, but not one of the large flagship models. The catalogue records 94 distinct part types, which works out at just over four pieces per type on average. That balance of repetition and variety is typical of vehicle sets of the time, where a sturdy frame calls for many identical bricks while the mechanical details need a wider assortment of axles, gears and connectors.

Red and yellow on black
