Description
From Geonosis to the Clone Wars
When the Clone Wars break out on Geonosis, the Separatist army includes a wide mix of droids, and the dwarf spider droid is one of the more distinctive. A rounded body sits on four jointed legs, with a long cannon pointing forward. It is built to take on vehicles and fortified positions rather than individual soldiers. The animated series The Clone Wars uses it far more often than the films do, so many fans know it best from there.
