The ship that started a friendship

Early in The Force Awakens, Resistance pilot Poe Dameron and runaway stormtrooper Finn steal a Special Forces TIE fighter to escape a First Order Star Destroyer. Their flight ends in a crash on Jakku, where Finn goes on to meet Rey. That makes this fighter the starting point for one of the sequel trilogy's central friendships. The ship looks much like a classic TIE, but it carries a second crew member, which is what made the escape possible in the first place.

A TIE with red accents

Black and dark bluish grey form the base of the colour list, with red and trans-clear alongside them. Red sets this model apart from most TIE sets, which tend to stick to black and grey.
