About Frozen
Palaces of ice
Elsa's ice palace has been built more than once. Elsa's Magical Ice Palace appears twice in the catalogue with an identical 701 pieces, first as 41148-1 in 2017 and again as 43172-1 in 2019. Elsa's Ice Palace (43244-1) from 2024 offers a newer take with 630 pieces. At the top sits The Ice Castle (43197-1) from 2021, a much larger model of 1,709 pieces that is well suited to display. Transparent light blue elements give many of these palaces their icy look.
Arendelle and its people
The sisters' home kingdom supplies the other main setting. Arendelle Castle Celebration (41068-1) from 2016 has 477 pieces, and Arendelle Castle Village (41167-1) from 2019 has 521. For builders short on space, Mini Arendelle Castle & Elsa's Ice Palace (43278-1) from 2025 combines both locations in 306 pieces. Olaf and Bruni’s Picnic Fun (43287-1) from 2026, with 478 pieces, gives the snowman and the little fire spirit from the second film a set of their own.
