About Posters and Art Prints
The 2012 posters
The earliest entries arrived together in 2012. They include the Star Wars Poster (5000642-1), the City Poster (5000646-1), the R2-D2 Poster (5001162-1) and the Lord of the Rings Poster (5001163-1). Middle-earth returned a year later with the Lord of the Rings Tower of Orthanc Poster (5002517-1), and again at the far end of the timeline with the Lord of the Rings Minas Tirith Poster (POSTER-2) from 2026. The mix reflects the licensed and in-house themes that were prominent when each poster appeared.
Prints for collectors
Alongside standard posters, the theme includes art prints aimed at older fans. The Black Panther Numbered Print (PRINT-1) from 2022 is one example, a numbered print with a Marvel subject. Pieces like this are usually framed and shown next to the matching sets. Because they are printed goods, the data records zero pieces for almost every entry near the top of the list. This is also why several entries can share a subject, such as Lord of the Rings, while differing in artwork and year.
