Bikes that launch themselves

Almost every Stuntz set revolves around a stunt bike and its rider. The bike sits in a flywheel launcher: you spin the flywheel up by hand, release the bike and watch it race across a ramp, through a hoop or round a loop. No batteries or motors are involved. The smallest sets are little more than bike, figure and launcher, while the larger ones surround that core with obstacles, stands and show props.

One flagship a year

Each year of the theme produced a clear headline set. The 2021 wave was led by the Stunt Show Arena (60295-1), which at 668 pieces is the biggest set in the theme, backed up by the Stunt Show Truck (60294-1, 420 pieces) and the Stunt Park (60293-1, 170 pieces). In 2022 the Double Loop Stunt Arena (60339-1) reached 598 pieces, alongside the Chimpanzee Smash Stunt Loop (60338-1, 226 pieces) and The Blade Stunt Challenge (60340-1, 154 pieces). The final year, 2023, brought the Stunt Truck & Ring of Fire Challenge (60357-1, 479 pieces) and the Ultimate Stunt Riders Challenge (60361-1, 385 pieces).

Building a bigger course

Because the bikes all work on the same principle, ramps and obstacles from different boxes can be lined up into one long course. If you have a few Stuntz sets mixed together, the parts lists help you sort out which ramps, wheels and printed pieces came from where.
