Hunting the Queen

Sent by Darth Sidious to find Queen Amidala after her escape from Naboo, Darth Maul tracks her and her Jedi protectors to Tatooine aboard the Sith Infiltrator. The ship's long, curved hull sets it apart from almost every other vessel in the prequels. There are no hard edges or exposed machinery, just a smooth, dark shape that looks purpose-built for stealth. It is one of the more elegant ship designs in the saga and makes a strong villain for any display.

A ship-first set

With just one minifigure, this set is mainly about the vessel. The 310 pieces come from 99 different part designs, a balanced mix of standard elements and more specialised shapes that help create the curved hull. It is a manageable build for an afternoon and works well for children with some experience as well as adults.
