The opening act of Return of the Jedi takes place in and around Jabba's palace, where Han Solo hangs frozen in carbonite and his friends arrive one by one to rescue him. It is a setting full of bounty hunters, smugglers and hangers-on, which makes it an obvious candidate for a playset. Rather than a vehicle, 9516 gives you a building, and a building gives you room for several scenes at once instead of a single flight path.
