Orthanc and Helm's Deep
Two sets stand well above the rest. The Tower of Orthanc (10237-1) from 2013 has 2,361 pieces and rises into a slim, dark display piece with several floors inside. The Battle of Helm's Deep (9474-1) from 2012 follows with 1,367 pieces and recreates the fortress wall that plays a central role in the second film. Both are aimed more at adult fans and display builders than at quick play.
