Description

A workshop on the ground floor

The ground floor is all about cars: a lift, tools and a tyre rack fill the workshop where the minifigures repair vehicles. Dark Orange gives the facade and details a warm accent, while Light Bluish Gray covers the pavement, brickwork and technical elements. Large doors open so vehicles can drive straight in, revealing the furnished interior behind them. Next door, a small launderette adds a second use to the ground-floor space.

Residential floors full of detail

Above the workshop sit two residential floors, each showing its own rooms with furniture, plants and small everyday scenes. Dark Bluish Gray and White structure the facade and make the most of the building's corner position. Each storey lifts off separately, giving you direct access to the interiors while building and later while playing. This construction style is typical of the Modular Buildings series and turns every house into a stand-alone diorama.

Six minifigures and their daily life

The six minifigures cover different roles, from the garage owner to customers and the residents of the upper floors.
