Description

A corner building for the collection

Where earlier Modular Buildings sat in a straight row, Assembly Square wraps around a corner, so the finished model closes off a street junction rather than extending a line of shopfronts. That makes it a natural centrepiece if you already display other sets from the series side by side. Structurally the building is dominated by Light Bluish Gray and Dark Bluish Gray brickwork, with white window frames and cornices and black roof and façade details keeping the street scene coherent rather than clashing.

645 unique parts across four levels

The shopfronts on the ground floor – including a florist and a café – sit below flats and workshops on the upper storeys, each level fitted out with its own furniture, signage and small details rather than repeated pieces.
