Grievous has a habit of slipping away when a battle turns against him, and his starfighter is usually part of the plan. On Utapau in Revenge of the Sith, he makes a run for it with Obi-Wan Kenobi in close pursuit. The ship also appears in the animated series The Clone Wars, which was in full swing when this set came out. That makes it a natural fit for collections built around the Separatists, whether you prefer the films or the series.
