Over Coruscant

Revenge of the Sith opens with a vast space battle above Coruscant, as Anakin and Obi-Wan fly Jedi interceptors into the heart of the Separatist fleet to rescue the captured Chancellor Palpatine. The small fighters, with their flat wings and compact cockpit, are the last Jedi starfighters seen in the prequel films. Anakin's skill as a pilot is on full display in that sequence, shortly before the events that turn him into Darth Vader.

The build

At 300 pieces with 94 different part designs, this is a compact model with a healthy amount of variety. It can be finished in a single sitting and suits younger builders as well as adults looking for a quick project. The main colours are light bluish grey, black, dark bluish grey and dark green. That dark green is the less expected shade and a handy one to have afterwards, whether for trees and plants, military vehicles or subdued buildings.
