Three storeys, three functions

The ground floor houses a bank counter and vault, the first floor holds a compact hair salon with its own fittings, and the top floor finishes the building with a small apartment furnished in the fine-detail style typical of the series. That mix of commercial and residential space is part of what sets Brick Bank apart from other Modulars, most of which focus on a single use. Once built, sections of the facade and roof lift away to reveal the interior, so each floor can be examined on its own.

A classic facade

Dark Bluish Gray, Light Bluish Gray, White and Black give the building a restrained, formal look that suits a bank branch rather than a shopfront.
